Solo exercises lead into a light partner connection, with space to practise both roles. Style: Bachata. Estimated practice duration: 94 min. Audience: New bachata dancers and anyone who wants to rebuild their foundations at a comfortable pace. Prerequisites: No previous experience or regular partner is needed. Use stable footwear and a clear practice space. Learning objectives and outcomes: • Keep a side basic through a musical phrase. • Communicate direction changes without pulling on the arms. • Connect a simple opening, turn and closing step.
